My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:00 to make my bed. Once I had brushed my teeth and shaved, I then began to do my back stretches. At 6:30 I then washed my hair and face and got dressed for the day ahead. After doing so, I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puff of air with my inhaler. At 7:30 United Wheelchair had arrived and I was on my way. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:00 a.m. I went strait down to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. We began with our walk around the hall, three laps. We then went back into the gym. I then went on the Nu Step for fifteen minutes on level three. After going .58 miles I then went into the parallel bars to stand on the foam mat with my arms crossed. Once I had my balance, Dan had me put my right foot on the block. He then had me look right, left, up, and down. He then had me do the same thing with the other leg. Dan the had me do some side stepping with five pound weights around my ankles. I went up and back five times. I then went into the parallel bars to do some leg exercises. At 9:55 I then took one more lap before ending the session. I then took the ankle weights off and went into the kitchen for cooking group. Today I chopped and seasoned baby potato's, While other people did their jobs. At 10:40 We then looked for a recipe for next week we making corn chowder and chicken along pith peanut-butter moose pie. At 11:00 we made our candy cane cake pastry for desert. At 11:50 we ate lunch. At 1:00 I meet with Innis for counseling. At 2:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 3:25. I slept until 4:38. I then took a shower so as to get comfortable for the evening. I then went into the kitchen to eat a bowl of soup for dinner. At 5:35 I then returned to my bedroom to blog of my day.
