writing an. accustic poem

 My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat some fruit while drinking some hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:30 to brush my teeth and shave. Once I has washed my face  At 6:43 I then made my bed before getting dressed for the day into one of my L L Bean t-shirts, a pair of gym shorts and one of my sweat suits. At 7:P00 I then did my back stretches. At 7:30 I then did my stroke stretches. I then soon left for WestSide on United Wheelchair. At 9:40 I had arrived at WestSide. I sat in the lobby until 10:00 before going to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. We began by walking our two loops around the hallway. we then went back into the gym. I then went fifteen minutes on the Nu Step on level 3. At 10:25 I then went into the parallel bars, so as to step up onto the block from the foam mat. Dan then had me stand on the foam mat with my feet close together. as long as I could. At 10:35 I took a break, Dan went to get me a glass of water. I then did some side stepping until my legs felt like rubber. Dan then had me walking backward in the hallway. At 11:00 Dan covered Sam for Recreational therapy because she and the two rehab technicians took some clients to the Main mall to do some Christmas shopping. So Dan and I played two games of chess. I lost bother games. I still like to play. At 12:00 I went to the dining area to eat my lunch. I was the only one in there. At 1:00 I then went to the lobby to sit. Daniel came out and told me she was trying to find coverage. I had met with the new nurse for the first time. I showed her how to play chess. I then showed her my book. We then spoke about getting me on her schedule. At 2:00 they had come back from the shopping trip, so I had poetry group with Skylar. Today she had us write an acoustic poem.I wrote my about Christmas. We then had to write a poem using the words heavy, blue, beauty, wise, and burn. At 3:00 I went to the lobby to go home. I arrived home at 4:30. Once I had taken my shower, I then ate dinner. At 5:22 I then returned to my bedroom to blog of my day.
