A great workout

My Thursday morning began at 99:00 a.m. by making my bed before going into the kitchen to eat my fruit and drink my cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with banana with a slice of toast. At 9:30 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. At 9:55 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. I then filled my empty pill containers.At 10:25 I then preceded to do my back stretches. At 10:55 I continued with my stroke stretches. At 11:04 I then worked my upper body weight exercises before strapping on my ankle weights to do my leg exercises. At 11:15 I had cleaned my bathroom. At 11:30 I had finished. I then watched some television while drinking a milk shake. At 12:00 I watched the news at noon. At 12:30 I then brushed my teeth then lied down to rest. I had slept from 12:30--3:30. Once I was up, I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:50 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day before eating dinner.
