WestSide talking about my book in a staff meeting this morning

My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of oatmeal with a slice of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 5:53 to brush my teeth. At 6:00 I then made my bed. At 6:03 I began to do my back stretches. At 6:21 I continued with my stroke stretches. At 6:24 I then grabbed my weights and began to work my upper body. At 6:27 I then took a shaved and took a shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I was dressed and ready to go, I then had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. I then listened to my audio book while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 7:30 I had left the house. I had arrived at WestSide at 88:50 a.m. I had gone strait to the gym for my p.t. session with Ian, Dan P.T. student. He first had me on the Nu Step for fifteen minutes. At 9:20 I then went into the parallel bars to do my leg exercises. Dan then showed Ian the bosu ball and the exercises I do on them. I Then did five laps in the hallway without my A.F.O.  on. I waked a total of 8875 feet. At 10:00 I then went to the kitchen for cooking group with Keileigh. Today I cooked chicken, another client chopped up vegetables to put in a stir fry that we were making. The other client made the desert. At 12:00 we then ate. At 1:00 I then had counseling with Innis. Today we talked about my book. She let me know in there morning staff meeting today they spoke about my book. Innis and I then went on line to see how much my book would cost. It might cost on amazon a good price because it is the size of a novel and in large print. We then spoke about me doing some readings at WestSide and Bayside. At 2:00 I then left for home. I arrived home at 3:40. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable, I then ate dinner. At 4:24 I then blogged of my day.
