My Thursday morning began at 8:45 a,m, by going into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had eaten a bowl of cereal with banana along with a slice of raisin toast. Once I had finished eating I then put all of my dishes in the dishwasher and started it. At 10:08 I then returned to my bedroom to make my bed. At 10:13 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:05 I then began to do my stroke stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs and ankles. At 10:56 I had began to do my upper body workout with my weights. At 11:00 I had filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 12:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:30. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for the evening, I then went into the kitchen to eat my dinner. At 4:54 I then returned to my bedroom to blog of my day.
