Doing my daily stretches

 My Sunday morning began at :23 a.m. by going into the kitchen to drink a cup of hot apple cider while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had corn bread with molasses. Once I had finished eating, at 99:50 I then returned to my bedroom to make my bed and change into my clothing for the day. At 10:00 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air. At 10:15 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:34 I began to do my ankle exercises. At 10:40 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. at 10:50 i began to do y stroke stretches, followed by my upper body weight workout. I then put and icepack on my back until 11:20. I then messaged my cousin, but received no answer. At 11:23 I then listened to my audio book . At 1:45 my mother arrived home from church and grocery shopping. Once then groceries were unpacked, she then gave me communion. I then lied down to rest and slept until 33:46. After taking a shower, I then went into the kitchens at 4:00 to eat a plate of spaghetti for dinner. At 5:00 I then returned to my bedroom to blog of my day.
