Finishing up my mask and writing a poem about it with Sam during Recreational therapy
My Monday morning began at 6:30 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then went into the kitchen to drink a cup of tea while eating my fruit. At 6:50 I then had a banana sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 7:00 to brush my teeth. At 7:08 I then began to do my back stretches. At 7:22 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. Once I had finished my workout, at 7:27 I then took shaved and took my shower. Once I was dressed for the day ahead, at 7:40 I the put in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I grabbed my things and was on my way. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 9:30, I went strait to the gym to wait for my 10:00 a.m. appointment with Ian. I began my session on the Nu Step. 5 minutes level 3 ten minutes level 4 then five minutes level 3. At 10:20 I then went into the parallel bars. Ian strapped three pound ankle weights around each leg. I then began to do leg exercises. Ion then took a video to show me how to do an exercise with my I pad. Ankle Inversion. I then did some step up onto a two inch block then back onto the floor in the parallel bars. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for memory strategies group with Kieliegh and Skylar. For a memory warm up we had to come up with an item that starts with the letter of our first name then remember everyone else's. At 11:30 we then played read this puzzles on the black board. For example. Ice3=ice cubed. Or m ice m ice ice+= three blind mice. At 12:00 I then ate lunch. At 1:00 during my recreational therapy session with Sam I worked on my masked. I then wrote a poem for it. We then looked at cover for book. At 2:00 during cribbage group with Emily I played two games. At 3:00 I then went home. I arrived home at 44:10. After. taking a shower and was comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner, then blogged of my day.
