Focussing on my daily workout
My Sunday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cream of wheat with a cut up banana in it and a slice of toast. Once I had finished eating, I then put my dishes in the dishwasher, I then started the dishwasher. At 10:25 I then returned to my bedroom to make my bed before brushing my teeth. At 10:335 I had put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 10:45 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:21 I continued with my stroke stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I began to do my weight exercises. first my upper, then my lower. At 11:40 I had finished my workout. I then put an icepack on my back for ten minutes. My mother had arrived home from church at 11:50. Once she had given me communion, at 12:15 I then lied down to rest and slept uuntil 2:50. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, at 3:07 I then played a game of cribbage with my mother. After doing so, I then ate dinner with my parents. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 44:06 to blog of my day.
