My daily workout

My Thursday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating my fruit. I then had a bowl of berea with banana along with a some toasted corn bread. Once I had finished eating, at 10:00 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and make my bed. At 10:15 I then put some clean laundry away. At 10:18 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 10:220 I had filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead before doing my back stretches. At 11:177 I began to do my stroke stretches. At 11:26 I grabbed my dumbbells and began to do my weight exercises. At 11:30 I then strapped my ankle weights on and began to do my leg exercises. Once I had finished my workout, I then put an icepack on my back from 11:35---12:00. I then watched the news until 12:30. I then slept until 3:12. After taking a shower and was comfortable for the evening, I then pulled up my blog at 3:40 and typed of y day before eating dinner.
