Talking to Sally about my new Seizure medication

My Tuesday morning began at 6:40 a.m. by making my bed. I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 7:00 I began to do my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I then shaved. At 7:34 I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 7:48 I then had a bowl of granola with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my camp at 8:06 so as to brush my teeth At 8:15 I then took a shower before putting in my eye and nose drops and taking in. some air. At 8:50 I had gone into the main camp receiving a call from Ema, a P.T. from WestSide Neuro rehab wondering if I would be wanting to come back soon. If not she said they will be discharging clients who chose not to. I opted not to go back do to the corona virus pandemic. I had mentioned to her that Sally was still helping me with my medication over the phone. We talked until 9:00, I then watched the Hal- Mark channel. At 9:44 I had left camp with my mother to do some things in Farmington. At 1o:03 we stopped at the bank before going to Hanaford to pick up my new seizure medicaion. We could not do it just yet, the computers were down, so we had gone to Mt. Blue drug then to Pikes to pick up some corn and cukes. At 10:33 we then made one more stop before going going home at 11:00. I had called Sally about my medication and she said to wait until I get my liquid seizure medication. She let me know if I do not return to WestSide that I would bed discharged for now and that is what I chose. Sally had talked to Steven my case manager to see if we could still keeping talking on the phone until I get my medications straightened out and he said it was o.k. I then called my primary dr. Hatfield to renew my inhaler. At 12:11 My mother and I had left the house. Once I had picked my lunch, we then went to visit my sister at her trailer on the lot my parents own. While there, I had eaten my lunch while my mother helped my sister with some things. At 1:05 we had left my sisters, arriving back at camp at 1:38. I then went into my camp to call Sally to get my new seizure medications straightened out and how to take them. At 3:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 5:20. I then went into the main camp to eat dinner with my parents. At 5:50 I then returned to my camp to take a shower before filling my new medications. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.

Going for my first swim of the season with my sister

My Monday morning began at 8:30 a.m. by getting dressed and making my bed. After doing so, I then went into the main camp so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 9:00 I then had some toasted english muffins for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my camp at 9:26 so as to brush my teeth and wash my face. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 9:39 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 9:57 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:08 I then listened to my audio book until 11:45 before going into the main camp briefly. I then returned to my camp so as to read the information my neurologist sent me for an eight week program to ween my off my old medication and to start me on my new medication. I then filled my empty pill containers. At 12:30 I had a bite to eat before returning to my camp at 12:45 to read read my new medication instructions. At 1:00 I then went for my first swim of the summer with my sister in Porter Lake. We stayed in the water for twenty minutes before getting out. At 1:20 I then returned to my camp to change into some dry clothing, before sitting on the deck of the main camp with my sister. At 2:45 I then went back to my camp to rest. I had slept until 5:00 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then went back into the main camp, so as to sit on the deck with my mother and sister while my father B B Q some chicken. At 6:00 we then went inside the camp to eat. Once we had finished eating, my sister and I had a desert my mother had made before she left for her camper she is staying in on my parents lot. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.

Watching Christmas movies in July

My Sunday morning began at 3:30 a.m. by watching Sunday Mass on line. At 4:00 I then took my seizure medication and slept until 10:00. Once I was dressed and my bed was made, I had gone into the main camp to eat my fruit and drink my hot cocoa while my mother had made me an egg on toast with meatballs and spaghetti sauce. It was a brunch. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 10:37 so as to put some clean laundry away. At 10:45 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with my inhaler, At 11:13 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 11:26 I then continued to stretch by doing my back stretches. At 11:40 I then watched a Hal-Mark Christmas in July movie while making my move with words with friends. At 12:00 I then went to sleep and slept until 3:30 before waking. After taking a shower, I then went into the main camp where it was air conditioned, so as to blog of my day.

A visit with my sister

My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by going into the main camp to drink my hot cocoa while eating an assortment of fruit. After doing so, At 10:30 I then had a breakfast of scrambled eggs and english muffin with avocado on the side. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my camp at 10:50, so as to brush my teeth. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I then took in two puffs of air. At 11:20 I then left camp with my mother. We had arrived home at 12:00. First thing I did was call the pharmacy to see if my new Seizure medication was in. I then brought the water jugs that my mother had filled to the car, to put in the trunk. At 12:30 I then took a shower before going online while waiting for my mother. We had left the house at 1:33, arriving back at camp at 2:00. Once I had brought the water jugs in the main camp, I then went into my camp to rest. I had slept from 2:05-4:30. Once I was awake, I had taken a shower before goint on the deck of the main camp to sit with my parents and sister. At 5:15 we then ate dinner together. After doing so, I said good-bye to my sister before returning to my camp, so as to blog of the days events.

Figuring the dosages of my new seizure medication and how to take with nurse Sally

My Friday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by going into the main camp so as to eat some fruit with a cup of tea. After doing so, I then had a dropped egg on toast before returning to my camp at 10:08 to brush my teeth. At 10:15 I then washed my face before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air, I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing, since having my last stroke. At 10:40 I began to do my back stretches. Once I was loosened up, I then back into the main camp at 10:45 briefly before returning to my camp at 11:00 so as to call Nurse Sally about my new seizure medication. She has been trying to help me figure out the dosage. At 11:45 I then went back into the main camp for fifteen minutes before returning to my camp at 12:00 to rest. I had slept until 3:10 before waking. That is what this new seizure medication is doing to me. I sleep 24/7. Once I had gone into the main camp, my mother had told be sally had called. I then returned to my camp to return her call. She had called my pharmacy today and found out that my new seizure medication comes in a liquid form for now, because it is to hard to cut whiled I am being weaned off the other seizure medication that I am on, that is not working. At 4:00 I then took my shower, before receiving a call from nurse Sally letting me know that my new seizure medication was a liquid. At 5:25 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day before going into the main camp to eat dinner with my parents.

My Thursday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then put some clean laundry away before going into the main camp to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 8:27 I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. Once I had finished eating at 8:40 I then washed my dishes and picked up the kitchen. At 8:50 I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth and shave. I then sat down to fill my empty pill containers. At 9:15 Nurse Sally had called to let me know that she had talked to my eye Doctor and told her for me to stop taking the omega 2000 pills. At 9:42 I then began to do my stretches that have been helping me loosen each morning since having my last stroke. At 9:57 I then began to do my back stretches. At 10:06 I started to listen to my audio book. At 11:19 my father had called to let me know that he was up at the house lot and that mom would be home from work soon. My mother then called to let me know that she would not be home until 2:00. she had some things to do first. aT 12:00 I then watched the news before falling to sleep at 12:30. I had slept until 3:00 before waking and going into the main camp. At 3:05 I then returned to my camp to put some clean laundry away. At 3:30 I then sat on the camp deck with my mother. At 4:00 I then went back to my camp to take a shower. I had returned inside the main camp at 4:15 to continue watching "Most Wonderful Time of the Year." At 4:45 I then ate dinner with my parents. I then returned to my camp at 5:00 so as to pull up my blog and type of my day.

My Wednesday morning began at 9:15 a.m. by making my bed. After doing, I had then shaved before going into the main camp at 9:30 so as to eat some fruit while drinking a cup of tea. At 10:00 After eating two pieces of french toast, I then went back into my camp at 10:20 to brush my teeth. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I then took in two puffs of air before starting in with my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 10:50 I then began to do my back stretches. At 11:00 I then went into the main camp to play three games of cribbage with my mother. At 12:36 I then had a bite to eat before returning to my camp to brush my teeth. I then lied down to rest from from 1:15-4:00 Once I was awake, I then went into the main camp at 4:20 so as to sit on the deck with my parents and talk while looking at the activity going on in the lake. At 5:04 we then went inside the main camp to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my camp at 5:44 to take a shower. While doing so, I had experienced a petite mol seizure. It did not last very long, but andy seizure is long enough. I can not wait to get on my new seizure medication. At 6:08 once I was comfortable for the night, I had pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
