I began my Tuesday morning at 5;00 a..m. by doing my daily stretching routine. I then proceded to to my weight exercises, both arm and leg. At 6:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. At 6:20 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before proceding to take my shower. getting in out of the shower now isn't problem now that my leg is stronger. But I am not there yet to be able to do the things I really want to do. I remember when I needed help taking a shower let along get in and out of one. At 7:00 I then took an air flo reading. 500, 470, 490. I then continued to get ready by bringing my things to the door. United Wheel Chair showed up and I was on my way. Upon my arrivel to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had Yoga group with Michelle. Some of the thins Matt, Donald, David, and I did were breathing exercises, reciting oam, roll neck, corps pose. At 10:00 during finding meaning group Doug and I talked about the meaning of happiness with Jennifer. At 11:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch. At 11:30 I made my way to the nurses office for my nursing session with Christine who was filling in for sally today. Christine first took my blood pressure which was 130 over 89 we then talked about my medications and any upcoming doctors appointments I then told Christine a little about my trip to Tennessee. I then left to go home. I arrived home at 1:50. Upon doing so, I got on the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then took in the laundty from the clothing line. At 2:40 I then went to my bedroom to stretch. for thirty minutes. I then continued by doing my weight exercises with my legs. At 3:35 I then lied down to rest. I had slept for thirty minutes (power nap0 before getting up to eat dinner. I then went to my bedroom to blog.
