What do you do when you can't sleep? Just lay there?
I began my Friday mornnig at 9:45 a.m. by taking the sheets off my bed. At 10:00 I then had eaten peanutbutter flavored cherios and toasted english muffin for breakfast. Along with it I also had the usual dosage of fruit: bananna, strawberries, ect. At 10;15 I brushed my teeth before riding the swin airdine for thirty minutes. At 11:00 I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. At 11:30 I continued by stretching. After my shower I then began a load of laundry before cleaning my bathroom. I then took an air flo reading: 470, 480, 450.Once I had done so I then began a load of laundry. I then went back to my bedroom to make my bed. I then went to the wash room to retrieve the laundry to hang out on the clothing line. At 1:30 I lied down to rest, and that is all I did today is rest. I was unable to fall to sleep, but the rest felt good just the sam. Once I was up I had filled out a form to be sent to my neourologist before my upcoming ampointment. At 5:00 I had taken in the laundry, before sitting down to eat dinner, with my parents. Once I had finished eating, I then took an air flo reading. 470, 490,480. Once I had done so I then sat down to blog.
