Dinner with grandma
I began my Friday, WA HOO! IT IS FRIDAY! Tore those sheets right off my bed. I then started a load of laundry. I then sat down to eat my breakfast, giving my body energy to begin my day. This moring a bowl of cereal with a cut up bananna along with a toasted pancake, hot cocoa, ad a glass of O.J. I am now energized!. At 8:30 I then made my bed, thus putting on the clean sheets. Oh, that will feel so good to get into tonight after the day ahead I have planned. At 8:50 I then stretched before hanging up the laundry to dry. I then folded dry laundry and put it away before going outside to walk ten laps aroung the front yard. this took me thirty minutes to do before going inside to do my weight exercises. Once I had completed my upper and lower body workout I then focussed on my ankle exercises by using the theraband. At 10:25 I then took my shower thus getting ready for the rest of my day. After doing so I had hung the second load to dry. My mother had then arrived home at 11:30 to take me to my grandmothers so that I could have lunch with her. ON the menue today was a tossed salad, popover, and fish chowder. For dessert a strawberry cake. At 1:00 we the went up to her room to play cribbage. At this time I started to get a headache. For what reason I do not know. I wished it would go away. After three games of cribbage and one game of skip-bo my mother had arrived to take me home. We had arrive home at 2:40. My headache had been at its max. Laying down was the option. I had slept for two hours. A miracle had occured, my headache was gone. Well, to the point of being managable. Few! I then took a shower thus getting comfortable before dinner. I then went to my bedroom to blog.
