enjoying the day as I spend some time walking around the front yard
I began my Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat some cut up fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so I had returned to my bedroom to make my bed while my mother had made me some pancakes for breakfast. I then went to the kitchen to eat. At 10:45 I then returned to my bedroom to do my stretching exercises before going outside to walk around the front yard. After going around ten times, I had returned to my bedroom to do my upper and lower weight exercises. At 12:00 I then went to the laundry room to start a load of laundry. I really do enjoy walking around the front yard. I am so glad my P.T. at Westside suggested I add this to my home workout. After taking a shower, I had put some clean laundry away before retrieving the laundry in the washer to be hung out to dry. After doing so, I then lied down to rest at 1:15. I had done so for forty-five minutes before getting up to start the dish washer. At 2:10 a friend had called. We spoke briefly, I then called my grandmother to see how she was doing. I then went on face book to play words with friends while waiting for the dish washer to run its cycle. At 4:00 I then preceded to empty the dishwasher and put the dish's away. My parents had arrived home from camp as I was taking in the laundry. It wasn't totally dry, but good enough to be put on the clothing rack inside to finish doing so. At 4:40 I then did my swallowing exercises before sitting down to blog.
