pucker and smile

My Thursday morning began this morning at 8:00 a.m. I was at camp so I had taken a little extra time to get myself going. My parents had left for work around 5:00 a.m. I had back to sleep. If not I be sleeping right now. Once I was in the camp, I had sat down to drink my hot cocoa and some fruit while the water ripple on the lake. How soothing I had thought to myself, and to be so lucky to have this oppertunity to do so after having a stroke two years ago. It just does not seem possible. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth before washing the dish's. At 9:00 I then began to stretch. I then preceded to do my swallowing exercise. first a hard swallow, then swallowing done with my tongue between my teeth as I do so. My last exercise was to pucker and smile. At 10:00 I then began to clean the camp. First I had dusted everything, it was not as bad as last week, but I thought why not keep up, so that it does not get out of hand. I tend to lose my balance every now and then, but maintaining my cool is a challenge, I do get frustrated with life now think of the way it use to be, although working ever so hard to get back to way of life once again. I then pulled out the vacuum cleaner. I then preceded to clean the kitchen wiping everything down. We are having company this weekend at camp, so why not. At 12:00 I had stopped and went out into my bunk house to rest. I had done so for two hours before going back into the camp. My mother had arrived, so that must have woken me. Once inside I had some lunch before taking a shower. I then sat down to blog at 4:10. I then sat out on the deck to relax before dinner.
