walking fifteen laps in the front yard
I began my Thursday morning at 9:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat my fruiet and my drink my hot cocoa. After doing so I then had a bowl of cereal with bananna. Once I had finished eat, I then preceded to go back to my bedroom to make my bed and and put my work out clothing on. At 9:55 I had started a load of laundry before going out in the front yard to do some walking on the uneaven surface. This was recommended from my P.T. at WestSide to do so as to work on my balance and strengthening of my akle. I had walked fifteen laps aroud the yard before going back inside at 10:20. As I was entering into the house my mother had called to let me know that she would be picking me up at 1:15 to do some shopping with she and gram. Once off the telephone I then started a load of laundry. I then went to the kitchen to start the dish washer. Once I had all the appliances working I then returned to my bedroom to do my upper weight exercises. At 10:45 I then preceded to take my shower and get ready for the rest of my day. At 11:15 I had pur the laundry in the dryer. I then lied down to rest. Once I had got up at 12:30 I had emptied the dishwasher and then I folded laundry. At 1:00 my mother had arrived with my grandmother. We then first went to Wal-mart. After walking around a bit we then went to Save a Lot so that my mother could pick up some groceries. We then went to Mt. Blue Drug store so that I could get a flue shot. We then brought my grandmother home. We had arrived home at 3:30. I was tired once again, so I had lied down to rest for two hours. I then got up at 5:40 to take a shower before eating dinner.
