Christmas party at WestSide

My Tuesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a half toasted english muffin. Once i had finished eating I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and to shave. I then began to stretch. I had skipped the weight exercises this morning do to a busy day ahead. At 7:45 I then preceded to take my shower, thus getting read. After doing so, I then took my laundry to the laundry room to add it to some other laundry before starting a wash. Once it was finished washing, I then hung it to dry. Just in time, United had arrived at 9:10 to bring me to WestSide. I had arrived at 10:15 I had put my lunch and clothing into my locker. I then went to the lobby. While sitting there waiting, Casey had walked out and said, "My door won!" There had been a contest where therapist each decorated a door throughout WestSide and the clients voted on them. I then met with Piper for a case management session at 10:45.We spoke briefly, I then went to the arts and crafts room for Espressive Arts At 11:00. Today we gathered materials for the next project we are starting to work on. It is a snowman project with google eyes, popcycle sticks, paint, cardboard and felt. Once we had our materials gathered, We had put them in a paper bag. Casey and Michelle them had us turn the bags in. We then went to the dining area for lunch. At 12:30 I then went on line with John During my recreational therapy session. We had gone on u tube to find instructions on how to adjust the font size on my I pad. At 1:00 I then had literature group. Today Laura had us reading and discussion more of the book. This really does challenge my memory. At 2:00 Laurie filled in for Tobie during recreation therapy. She had helped me fix the font size on my i pad with the steps I had found with John. At 3:00 I then took a shower. I then went to my first craft activity during the special event. A candy cane wreath was made. At 4:00 I then went upstairs in the craft room to make a christmas tree. At 4:15 we then made a wreath with Laura. At 4:45 we then played cherades in the conference room. At 5:15 we then had dinner. Salad and lasagna were on the menue. With chocolate pudding pie for desert.I then left for home. I had arrived home at 7:30. Once I had blogged it was off to bed.
