I am the choker

My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a piece of toast. A6:20 I had brushed my teeth and shaved. I then started in with my workout. I first grabbed my weights and worked my upper body. Once I had completed the routine, I then stretched. At 6:53 I then did my ankle exercises before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 8:00 I then called my grandmother before leaving for the day. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:45 a.m. just enough time to put my lunch and clothing into my locker. I then went to then sat down in the dinning area to wait. It is much quieter then the lobby. I had met with Brad at 10:00 for counseling. We first did a mindfulness practice before talked about an assignment he wants me to follow through with for the week. I have to write down a situation per day that that put my thoughts at ease. At 10:30 I could not meet with the nurse do to an emergency taken place at WestSided. At 11:00 during Brain Injury Education Group, we had reviewed with Deb and Carol what we were up to and the work we had completed thus far. We then each took a turn describing to Carol the one handed shirt activity, so as to practice for presentations. At 12:00 I had gone down to the dining area to eat my lunch. The lunch monitor came in who was new and had ask the question, is there anyone that I could keep an eye on for choking, I then new my name, and only my name. Casey and Laura spoke up, "Just Troy." Casey then looked back at me and said, "Any sardeens today Troy?" Then the question was asked, who here is going o the Christmas party? It is going to be a busy one. After taking a shower, I then went to the conference room for support group. We had a discussion checking in with each other. I then had speech with Susan at 2:00. Susan first had me doing some mind games, I then listened while she read before discussing it. At 3:30 Roger took me home. I had arrived home at 4:30. Upon doing so, I had called my grandmother before sitting down to blog.
