Completing a Christmas stocking during expressive arts
My Tuesday morning began at 7:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so I had toast my self an english muffin to go with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth. At 7:50 I then went to the laundry room with my laundry to start a wash. After doing so, I had returned to my bedroom to shave. I then started my workout. At 8:00 I had first stretch, I then did my upper weight exercises. At 8:30 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 8:35 I then had taken my shower and started to get ready for the day ahead. At 9:00 I then hung the laundry ro dry. At 9:15 I then called my grandmother. At 9:20 I then filled my pill containers for the week ahead. At 9:45 I had left for WestSide. Upon my arrival I had met with my case manager. I had spoke to Piper about the e.e.g. I am going to be scheduled to have. At 11:00 I then went to the art room for expressive arts group. Today Lydia and Casey had us finish our Christmas stockings. At 12:00 I then had lunch and had taken a shower before meeting with Deb at 12:30 for a support session. Today we had talke more about my book. I then shared with her the chapter, "Riding The Rails" At 1:00 I then had Literature Group. Today we took turns reading and discussing the book with Laura. At 2:00 during my recreational therapy, Tobie and I researched information to help me in publishing my book. At 3:00 Larry then took me home. I had arrived home at 4:25. Upon doing so, I had put on something more comfortable before opening some Christmas cards. At 4:40 I then spoke to my sister on the phone before filling my pill cases. I then ate dinner. After doing so I then sat down to type in my blog entree.
