Learning how to read people by looking at their expressions during speech
My Friday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit. After doing so I had toasted a muffin and fixed my self a bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then I had returned to my bedroom at 8:35 ao as to make my bed. I then brushed my teeth and shaved before putting my clean laundry away. At 9:00 I then went back to my bedroom to start my workout. I began with my upper weight exercises. Once I had completed the routine, I then I then began to do my ankle exercises. At 9:30 I then began to do the rest of my stretch's. At 9:40 I then called my grandmother. Once off the telephone, I then put on my ankle weights and began to work my legs. At 10:00 I had taken my shower. after doing so, I had brought my laundry to the laundry room so as to start a wash. At 11:20. I then sat down to eat some lunch. I then hung the laundry to dry. Once it was hung, I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. At 12:45 Roger from United Wheelchair had picked me up to brink me to WestSide. Upon my arrival, I had put my knapsack into my locker before meeting with Susan for speech. We first talked about observing people while out in the community. In doing so, I have to guess to see if I know how they are feeling. We then watched episodes of Seinfeld with the volume off, so as to try to understand what the person is feeling. We then listened to it with the volume up. This was helping with when I communicate with others. I then took a shower before meeting with Tobie at 3:15. Today Tobie and I continued to work on my book. At 4:00 I then went home. I had arrived home at 5:20. After eating a bowl of soup, I had brushed my teeth before putting on something more comfortable. I then called my grandmother before sitting down to blog.
