Discussing a worksheet on social anxiety during counseling
My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by getting out of bed to stretch. I then shaved before grabbing my weights so as to work my upper body. At 6:55 I had then taken my shower before sitting down to organise papers, thus putting them into folders. At 8:35 I then had called my grandmother before leaving for WestSide. Upon my arrival, I had put my lunch and clothing into my locker before meeting with Brad for my counseling session. We first spoke about the three day e.e.g. that my neurologist wants me to have done. We then did a mindfulness practice. We then discussed a worksheet on social anxiety self monitoring. At 10:30 during my break, I had thought of a title name for my poem, for poetry group. "Leafless at last." At 11:00 during Brain Injury Education Group, we first reviewed last weeks activities, then we continued to fix the one handed activity explanation with Deb and Michelle. At 12:00 I had gone to the dining area to eat my lunch. After taking a shower, I had gone to the conference room for support group. Today the group shared with Danielle, the new o.t. about what the group is about. We then took turns checking in on how our week was going thus far. At 2:00 I then met with Nurse Brenda. I had told her about my appointment yesterday, then told I will be needing a three day e.e.g. She then gave me a med sheet to fill out. At 2:30 I then had a sixty minute speech session wit Casey. We had first played cribbage and then did a game called four picks on the I pad. At 3:30 Pete had taken me home. I had arrived home at 4:45 thus blogging one inside before eating dinner. I then called it a day.
