A new patient at P.T.
My Friday morning at 9:30 a.m. by venturing out into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocao. I then returned to my bedroom at 9:45 a.m. Once I had made my bed. I then went back into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. I then returned to my bedroom at 10:08 so as to brush my teeth. I then shaved before doing my back stretch’s. I then preceded with my stretch’s from having my stroke. At 11:00 I then put on my splint. I kept it on until 11:48. I then shaved before taking a shower. Ithen put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 12:30 Ithen lied down to rest. At 12:45 I then put my splint on again at 12:45. Ihad kept it on until 1:07. Once it was off, I then left for my P.T. Session with my father. At 1:40 I had arrived at Franklin Memorial Commons. I had arrived at 1:40. When I walked into P.T. I had given my name, but no one new who I was. Reason being is as of today I am a new patien. Jon had discharged my last visit and reinstated with new goals that he and I came up with today. My Dr. had approved of me returning to P.T. John then did an eval. The eval was done on high level balance. Once I was finished with John, he then took me back into the lobby where I met my father to go home. I had arrived home at 3:00. Once I had taken a shower, I then lied down to rest at 3:26. I had slept until 4:53. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner before returning to my bedroom so as to type in todays blog entry.
