Filling pill container
My Sunday morning began at 3:15 a.m. by putting on my splint. I had layed there for two hours with it on before taking it off. I then fell back to sleep at 5:30 a.m. and slept until 7:15. It felt good to get a little shut eye after laying awake all night long due to a migraine yesterday. At 7:42 I then had a cup of tea with a piece of toast. After doing so, I had brushed my teeth before watching Sunday Mass on television. At 9:15 I had brushed my teeth and shaved before making my bed. At 9:35 I then did my back stretch’s. After putting in my eye and nose drops, I then took in some air. At 10:07 I then continued with some back stretch’s before doing my stretch’s that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 10:20 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week. After doing so, I then sat down to read. At 11:00 I then called my grandmother to let her know not to go to lunch, because my mother would soon be there to give her communion. I usually visit with her on Sunday, but I was not feeling all that great today. Once off the phone, I then decided to read. At 11:11 I then began to do some toe exercises. Picking up marbles as I scrunched my toes in doing so. AT 12:30 I then continued to read. My mother had arrived home at 12:30 thus giving me communion. At 12:50 I then took two Tylenol before eating my lunch. I then brushed my teeth before laying down at 1:30. I had slept until 5:00 before getting up to eat dinner. At 5:30 I had taken a shower so as to get comfortable for the night. I then sat down to read. I then soon ate dinner before calling it a day.
