The fog had lifted

My Thursday morning began at 4:25 a.m. by putting on my splint. I then fell back to sleep until 6:30. Once I had woke, I had taken it off. I then began to do my back stretch’s. At 5:56 I then did my stretch’s that I have been doing since my stroke. At 7:00 Ithe shaved before taking my shower. At 7:30 I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before having peanut butter and honey on toast. At 7:45 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 8:30 I then grabbed my knapsack to meet my ride at 8:30 outside in the driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 10:00 am, I had worked on my book with Jessica during a rehab session. While doing so, I seem to get a headache. A migraine if you willAt 11:00 during my rehab session with Jamie, Tobie first introduced us and then told Jamie about chess then reminded me of my notes in the back of my note pad. Jamie and I then began to play chess. She had caught on quite quickly I have to say. At 12:00 United Wheelchair had taken me home. Upon my arrival home at 1:45 I had eaten lunch. At 2:00 I then layed down to rest. Before doing so my head felt a little foggy do to the migraine I had earlier in the day. I had slept until 5:40 before waking and my head ache was thankfully gone. I had taken my brace off before eating at 6:00. I then went to my bedroom so as to do my blog.
