Putting a recipe or two in the news letter

My Monday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by stretching my back. At 6:00 I then continued to stretch with the stretch’s that I have been doing since my stroke. Once I had completed my workout, I then preceded to shave and to take my shower. Once I was ready, I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit. After doing so, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. After doing, I then had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:15. I then put on my splint. I then sat down to type information on my I pad about the seizure activity that I have been having. My ride soon arrived, so I quickly took off my splint and grabbed my things. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:00 a.m. I had sat in the lobby for thirty minutes before my first therapy. At 9:30 I then went to the conference room. Jamie and Ashly today joined Jessica today in the newspaper group. Today we talked about putting recipes in our next news letter. We also talked about articles being written about St. Patricks Day and International Woman’s Day. After doing so, we then looked up information about the ideas. At 11:00 during Bullet Journel I had made a calendar page for March. At 12:00 Ihad met my driver in the lobby. I had arrived home at 1:00. Once Inside my bedroom, I had put on something more comfortable before eating my lunch. I then went to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:52. I then went into the kitchen so as to fixed something to eat. Once it was warmed up, I then sat down to eat with my parents. After doing so, my grandmother had called. We spoke briefly. I then returned to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog. I then typed in today’s entry.
