P.T. With John today

My Friday morning began at 7:45 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so I then had a bowl of cereal with half a bagel toasted. At 8:28 I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and shave. I then began to stretch at 8:45. At 9:13 I then had taken pictured of my exercises that I have been doing for my back, so that they would be saved on my I pad. At 9:40 I then message a friend on facebook who had showed me the dea a whiled back. I had let them know that I used this meathod in saving some information. At 10:00 I then took a shower, thus getting ready for the day. After doing so, I had made my bed. I then put my splint on. I then layed down for an hour so as not to walk around. At 11:30 I then took the splint off. At 12:00 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some lunch. At 12:15 I then took two thlonol for a headache that Iwas having. My mother then took me over to Franklin Memorial Hospital for my P.T. Session with John. We had arrived at 1:00. I went right in to check in. I soon was in the gym doing exercises with the P.T. John. He had me in the parallel bars standing on an Erix pad doing some marching and other exercises. They were similar to the exercises I use to do with at WestSide during P.T. After having my strok. At 1:50 I had met my father ing the lobby so as to go home. I had arrived home at 2:10. I had gone strait to my bedroom to lay down to rest. I had slept from 2:15-4:45. Once I was up, I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. I then took a shower before sitting down at my desk to type in today’s blog entry at 5:00. I then called it a day.
