The Blind Square App
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. First my back stretch’s then the stretch’s that I have been doing since I had my stroke. After doing so, At 5:50 I then shaved before taking a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:20 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with half a bagel toasted. At 6:35 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took in some air. At 7:30 United Wheelchair had arrived. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had gone to the conference room at 9:00 for visually impaired group. Today Laurie had us talking about the blind square app. It helps you find your way like a gps does when you’re in a car. The app itself is $5.99. We then talked about how using a spacific pen helps visually impaired people see 20/20. We also talked about how using colored paper is easier to read off versus white. White paper shoots light back at you. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle we printed off a copy of my seizure notes to take with me to the neurologist. We then put a picture in my book. While doing so I had experienced a migranne. I then went to sit in the lobby to wait for my ride at 11:00. I had arrived home at 1:00. Upon doing so, I had taken two tylonol, I then ate lunch. At 1:30 I had brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I first put my splint on. At 4:30 I had taken my splint off before going into the kitchen to eat dinner. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog.
