Playing cribbage with Dan during a rehab session

My Wednesday morning began at 2:50 a.m. by putting my splint on. I was awake laying there in bed, so why not. I had fallen back to sleep until 5:00 before waking. I then took my splint off before staring in with my back stretch’s. I then preceded to do my stretch’s that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 5:45 I then shaved before taking my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:15 I then gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before having some pancakes for breadfast. At 6:45 I had brushed my teeth before putting in my eyes and nose drops. I then took in some air. At 7:00 I then grabbed my knapsack and meet my united driver outside. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:45. Once inside, I had gone to the conference room for visually impaired group. Today we had talked about an app called the blind square. It is an app that helps you get around in your community while you are walking, like a gps does in a car. We also talked about k&fb reader. This feature works after taking a picture of some materiel will then read it for you. At 10:00 Dan had covered for Michelle during a rehab session. He and I had played two games of cribbage. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for brain injury awareness group. While sitting there, had felt sick to my stomach along with a little head pain. I then felt like vomiting. Signs of a seizure? Not quite sure these days but most likely. It went away within five to ten minutes but. Left me blurred vision for a brief period. We had first spent the time sending an e-mail to C.M.T.C. With Brenda. At 12:00 I then had a case management session with Steven before leaving at 12:15. I had arrived home at 1:20. Once inside, I had eaten lunch. At 1:30 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 2:30 before waking. I then washed my face before leaving for the chiropractor. We had arrived at 2:55. Once inside, I had signed in, I then went down on the table. Dr. Roberts said I was an inch off. After an adjustment I then left with my mother. We had arrived home at 3:28. Once inside, I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog.
