A clean bill of health
My Tuesday morning began at 4:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do the stretches that have helped me during my latest stroke and still do to this day. Once I had finished with my back stretches, do to lack of time, I then shaved and took my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then quickly showed my mother my most recent email from Tim my case manager from the devision of the blind. At 5:30 I then went into the kitchen so as to have some fruit dipped into yogurt. At 5:40 I Then fixed myself a bowl of Cherios and half toast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 5:52 so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking my first puff of air. I then put some clean laundry away before taking my second puff of air. At 6:45, I then left for Waterville with my parents for our yearly visit to Dr. Kenny’s. Upon our arrival to the Dr’s. Office at 8:00 a.m. we had checked in. I had gone into a room at 8:15. The nurse had updated my medication list before checking a few other things. Dr. Kenny then came into the room to give me a look over. I had checked out clear once again. A Cclean bill of any kind of health, this coming from a dermatologist. We had left the doctors office at 9:06 and arrived home at 10:15. At 10:25 I then cycled for twenty minutes before emailing Tim my case manager from the devision of the blind about setting up an appointment date. I then noted some things that I would like to talk to Tim about in my documents. At 12:15 I then had taken a shower, brushed my teeth and layed down to rest. I had slept. From 12:30-4:30 before waking. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. Once I had finished a bowl of clam chowder, I then returned to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog and to type of my day.
