visiting with my family
My Saturday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to stretch. Once I had done my stretches that have helped me during my stroke recovery, I then turned my focus on my back stretches. At 8:45 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. At 9:00 I then had two waffles for breakfast before returning to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 9:23 I then took the first puff of my inhaler. At 9:28 I then started a load of laundry before cycling for twenty minutes. At 9:45 I then finished my ride. I then returned to my bedroom so as to shave and to take a shower. After doing so, At 10:23 I then took my second puff of my inhaler. At 10:30 I had gone to the laundry room so as to put the laundry in the dryer before starting another load. At 10:38 I then opened my new inhaler that is not suppose to make my voice so horse sounding after using it. After doing so, at 11:48 I had folded some laundry in the dryer. At 12:00 I had taken the laundry to my bedroom so as to put away. At 12:10 I then had a sandwich for lunch. At 12:35 I had gone to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 4:10 before getting up and going out into the kitchen so as to visit with my family. While doing so, I had a headache come on, so I had taken two tylonol while visiting with my parents, aunt and uncle and sister. At 4:55 I then returned to my bedroom so as to put some clean laundry away before pulling up my blog.
