Signing a release form

My Wednesday morning began at 4:45 a.m. Once I had made my bed, I then began to do the stretches that have helped me each morning after having my latest stroke. At 5:10 I then began to do my back stretches before cycling. I had had cycled for twenty minutes, I then went back to my bedroom so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I had shaved and taken my shower, I then went into the kitchen at 6:00 so as to eat some fruit dipped into yogurt. Once I had finished eating two toasted blueberry muffins with peanutbutter, I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken my two puffs of air with my inhaler, I had grabbed my knapsack and met Buzzy the United Wheelchairchair diver in my driveway at 7:15. We had arrived at Westside Neurorehab at 8:45. I had gone to the client lounge while waiting to meet for visually impaired group. Today I was the only client in the group, so Nancy and I took the time focusing on yesterday’s tour of the immersion program. We had given a call to Amber who would be my case manager while I am down there to see if there is transportation available if I were to stay at my sisters house. We then looked at an old email from Tim my case manager for the devision of the blind so as to get a run down of groups and individual therapy’s offered at the. Immersion program. At 10:00 during my rehab session switch kacie we had played a game of skip-bo. I then showed her my book that I am writing. At 11:00 during mindfulness and meditation with Priyadarshi, we first spoke about yesterdays tour before doing a mindfulness practice. At 11:00 during my case management session with Steven, We had spoke about yesterdays meeting briefly, he then had me sign a release form giving Westside permission to release any information on me to the Iris network and immersion program. At 12:15 Annie from United Wheelchair had taken me home. I had arrived home at 1:20. Once I was comfortable had eaten my lunch At 1:55 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 5:00 before waking. Once I was awake, I had taken a shower before eating dinner. At 5:38 I then pulled up my blog so as to type of my day.
