Learning a new bus system during Recreational Therapy.

My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by making my bed. I then began to do my back stretches. I then continued stretching stretching with my stroke recovery starches. At 6:00 I then shaved before taking my shower. At 6:15 I then made my way into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit. I then had two muffins with jam. At 6:33 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then took the first puff of my inhaler before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took the second puff before United Wheelchair arrived at 7:15 to take me to WestSide. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:30. I had sat in the lobby waiting to with Priyadarshi for counseling. Once we had finished discussing things, I then emailed Tim Small about setting up a good time to meet. I had to let Tim small know about my transportation needs to be set up ahead of time. At 10:00 I then went to Tobie’s office for recreational therapy. Today we spoke about setting up a bus route to Lewiston on the new bus system they have from Farmington to Lewiston Green Line. I would be picking up the bus at 8:05 at the park and ride in Farmington by rite aid. Getting off at oak street bus station Meeting Tobie there. First time practice one way. Take United Wheelchair back. Green line to Lewiston {meet Tobie] Then city link to WestSide {with Tobie}Then United Wheelchair Home. At 11:00 I then went to the nurses station to meet with nurse sally. We had called my neurologist during this time so as to change the generic brand of medication that I am taking to the real thing. I have been feeling sick daily since I have been on it the Divalproex sodium At 12:00 I had gone to the lobby so as to meet the United wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:15. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then went to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-4:30 before waking. I then called Priyadarshi. I had left a message before taking a shower. I then ate dinner. Priyadarshi then called to let me know that he emailed Tim Small know that I would email him. I then pulled. Up my blog so as to type of my day.
