How to hold. My white Cain when climbing stairs

My Monday morning began at 4:30 a.m. by getting up and making my bed. A4:40 I then began to do the stretches that I had learned after having my last stroke. At 4:53 I then worked my upper body by doing my weight exercises, before doing my back stretches. At 5:15 I then went to the fitness room down the hallway from my apartment. While there I cycled for twenty minutes before doing my calf stretches. At 5:48 I then returned To my apartment at 6:00 so as to toast half english muffin to go with my bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating at 6:13, I began to wash my dishes and pick up the kitchen. At 6:26 I then brushed my teeth and shaved before taking a shower. At 7:00 I then put heat and ice on my back. Twenty minutes each. At 7:25 I then continued to get ready before checking my doctors appointments that were scheduled on the same day. I then called my chiropractor to change that appointment so that I could keep my primary care doctor appointments. Once my appointment was changed to July 31 at 3:15 to see dr. McLean my chiropractor, I then made my way to the lobby to wait for United Wheelchair to arrived. Sherrie had picked me up this morning. Once she had me on the doorstep of WestSide, I had gone in and went to the conference room for news letter group. Jessica had us talking about different topics that we would like to write about and I ended up being responsible for writing an article on, “National Aviation Day, Which occurs every August 19th. At 10:00 During a rehab session with Kala we had played a couple of games of cribbage. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for genealogy group. Today Jessica had us working on helping me find my ancestors. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to catch my ride back to Schooner Estates. I had arrived in my apartment at 12:15. Once I had finished watching the end of the news, I then got myself ready to go eat lunch. I was approached again by a woman who would like to play cribbage. At 1:50 I  then went back to my apartment. Once I had my teeth brushed, I then went down to the lobby to meet Jorden for what was to be my second to last O&M session Today we had gone to the Auburn Mall to practice going up and down stairs and how to hold the white Cain. Once we had finished our lessen, he then gave me a glare eval, thus tying on new shades to block out glare. Once I had finished trying on all the different types of glassed that go over my prescription glasses to blog out sunlight, he let me know that he would talk to Tim my case manager for the devision of the bling for funding for the glasses. I arrived back to Schooner Estates at 2:43. Once I was in my apartment, I had taken a shower at 3:17. I then message a friend on messenger before falling to sleep at 3:40. I had slept until 4:20 before woke to a call from my parents. I had talked with them for thirty minutes before hanging up at 4:50. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day, before eating my dinner.
