Working on my article on yurts during news letter

My Monday morning began at 4:45 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretches that have helped me each morning to loosen up since having. My last stroke. At 5:11 I then began to do my back stretches. At 5:20 I then went to the fitness room here at Schooner Estates, Which is right down the hall from my apartment so as to do some cycling. At 5:52 I had returned to my apartment so as to work my upper body by doing my weight exercises. I then shaved before sitting down to eat some fruit and drink my hot cocoa. I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with a toasted english muffin. At 6:25 my father had called. We spoke briefly, I then began to pick up my kitchen. At 6:40 I then brushed my teeth before taking shower. At 7:20 I then had checked my email. I then e-mailed Tim my case manager for the devision of the blind. I then went to the lobby so as to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive to take me to WestSide. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:00 a.m. I had gone to the conference room for newsletter group. Today I continued to work on my article on yurts. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Casey we had played skip-bo. At 11:00 I had gone back to the conference room. Today Jessica had work on one individuals ancestry background. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby so as to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 12:05. Upon doing so, I took a minute to get organized, and watched the end of the news at noon before going to the Camden dining area to eat. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my apartment at 1:50 Once I had brushed my teeth, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-3:50 before waking. I then watched a hallmark movie before taking a shower at 4:45. I then sat down to pull up my blog and type of my day, before getting a bite to eat.
