My Monday morning began on the first day of July of 2019 at 5:00 a.m. Once I had my bed made, I then began to stretch. Once I had completed my stroke and back stretches completed, I then began to work my upper body. At 5:53 I then had a fruit cup while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:00 I then had a bowl of cereal with my half english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then washed my dishes picking up my kitchen. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth an shaved before taking a shower. At 6:40 I then took in some air with my inhaler before putting in my eye and nose drops. At 7:15 I then went outside to sit with my father so as to wait for my ride. It started to get late, so I had given United Wheelchair a call. Upon doing so, I had found out that I was not on the schedule. My father had taken me in. At 9:00 upon my arrival, I had gone to the conference room for newsletter group. Today we had picked new topics to write about with John. I will be writing an article on yurts. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Ginger, she had read a number of words to me, then I had to read them back to her forward and backward. She then had me try to make sentences out of the words that she had given me working on the right and left parts of my brain. We then called Maine care so as to get my address changed from living in Farmington to Auburn once again, so that I can start using United Wheelchair again. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for genealogy group. Today we continued looking up our ancestors with Brittney. At 12:00 Tobie had brought me to schooner estates . Upon my arrival at 12:10, I had watched Sunday Mass for this past weekend. Before going to eat lunch for 1:00. At 1:45 I was soon back in my apartment. Once I had my teeth brushed, I then laid down to rest. As I was doing so, Mark had stopped by to see if my cable was working. We then talked a little before he left. I then laid down and slept from 2:04-4:42. Upon waking my parents had called. Once off the phone, I had taken a shower thus getting comfortable for the night. At 5:45 I then fixed myself something to eat. At 6:00 my aunt Joan called to see if I wanted to go to the BBQ that Schooner Estates is holding on Wednesday July 3rd. We decided not to, so as to get an early start to spend the weekend at camp with my parents. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
