Another great morning workout

 My Sunday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. After doing so, I had eaten a couple of blueberry muffins with scrambled eggs. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 9:43 so as to brush my teeth and shave. I then took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then made my bed. At 10:10 I had cycled for twenty minutes before returning to my bedroom so as to start ing with my stretching. At 10:38 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 10:54 I continued to stretch by doing my back stretches. At 11:02 I started in with my new stretches from my P.T. session that I am currently going to. At 11:16 I had finished my workout. Once I had put some clean laundry away, I had lied down to rest at 11:55 and slept until 3:00. Once I had taken a shower and got comfortable for the night, I then played a game of cribbage with my mother. At 5:00 I then had eaten dinner dinner with my parents before returning to my bedroom so as to blog of my day.
