Practicing walking heel to toe

My Friday morning began at 7:50 a.m. I had gone into the kitchen to eat my fruit and drink my hot cocoa. After doing so, at 8:15, I had eat two slices of toasted cheese bread my aunt had made with an egg cup. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 8:23 to brush my teeth and shave. At 8:45 I then cycled for twenty minutes. At 9:07 I then returned to my bedroom to make my bed. After doing so, I had filled my empty pill containers before ordering two scripts that I needed filled. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops and took in two puffs of air. At 9:40 I began to do my stroke stretches. At 10:00 Nurse Sally had called to let me know that Jeremy from Hanger will be at my physical therapy at Franklin Memorial Hospital to fit me for my A.F.O. YHA!!! I was dreading this day. I was hoping that I would have been able to heel after this session of Physical Therapy. At 10:05 I had continued my stretches and walking up and down the hallway heel to toe. At 10:20 I then put some clean laundry away. At 10:24 I then began to do my back stretches. Once I had finished at 10:40, a friend had called, we spoke until 11:15. I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 11:25-2:15. Once I was awake, I had practiced walking heel to toe up and down the hallway in our home. I then returned to my call to Trevor My case Manager for the devision of the blind. He was just checking in on my case from month to month. I had let him know that my neurologist has me going to physical therapy. He then let me know he would check in next month. At 2:30  I then took a shower so as to get comfortable for the night before playing a game of cribbage with my mother. At 4:00 I then watched Hal-Mark while eating dinner. At 4:30 I then returned to my bedroom to pull up my blog and type of my day.
