My Monday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so I then received a call at 9:15 from Hanger orthotics in Augusta and they said it should have been their office in Waterville. At 9:30 I then had a bowl of cereal with a toasted muffin. At 9:40 I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 10:00 I then washed my face and hair before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took in two puffs of air, before starting in with stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 10:30 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:45 I then put some clean laundry away before receiving a call from nurse Sally on doxy dot. While talking, we had called Hanger Orthotics. They let us know the referral probably went to Augusta instead of Waterville. Sally then let me know to call her if I have any problems today in P.T. Sally then let me know Doctor Hatfield has sent a referral and and Hanger has it. At 11:30 we had ended our call. At 11:36 I then took a shower before eating lunch at 12:00 noon. After doing so, I then had brushed my teeth. before laying down. I had slept until 1:45. I then brushed my teeth before leaving for Physical Therapy. At 2:10 I had arrived. Once I had called to let them know that I was here, Tamara was there to let me in. She then gave me the number for Nurse Sally to call her. She then let me know that she was there until 4:30 today. Tamara then began my therapy session with Laser Therapy on my ankle. She then retapped the ankle with Kinezeo tape. Tamara then had me working on balance and strengthening exercises in the bars. She first had me step over a bar and back, practicing holding on and not hanging on. At 3:08 I then met my my father in the parking lot. Once we had arrived home, I then called Nurse Sally right off to let her know Tamara would like to talk to her. I then sat with my parents before eating dinner at 4:30. Once I had finished eating, I then took a shower. At 5:07 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
