Eating dinner with a friend

 My Wednesday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by goint into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cider. At. 8:15 I then had a piece of toasted brown bread with some beans for breakfast before returning to my bedroom at 8:30 to make my bed. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved before washing my hair and face. At 8:56 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in tow puffs of air. At 9: 10, I then did my sit to stand exercises to strengthen my legs. I then used the green thera band and put it in the door so as to stretch it with my leg to also strengthen it. At 9:20 I then received a call from Franklin Memorial hospital in regards to going over my advanced directives, so that I can begin more physical therapy. At 10:00 Frank had called the therapist from BaySide. this week we spoke about how hard covid-19 has been on people and has caused allot to become shut ins. This. week he would like me to have a meal or a snack with a friend while talking to a friend whether it be on the phone or computer. We also discussed some other things before ending our discussion. At 11:00 I did some reading before cycling from 11:30-11:50. At 12:00 I then returned to my bedroom to begin my stretches that I have been doing since my last stroke. At 12:20 I began to do my back stretches. At 12:30 I then continued  stretching with my new P.T. stretches. At 12:35 I had finished my workout, I then lied down to rest and slept from 12:48-4:00. Once I had taken my shower and got comfortable for the night, I had gone into the kitchen to eat dinner with my parents. I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before sitting down to pull up my blog and type of my day.
