Doing side stepping during P.T.

 My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by going into the main camp so as to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a banana along with slice of toast with jam. Once I had finished eating  I then returned to my camp to make my bed. Once I had brushed my teeth and shaved, At 5:50 I then took my shower, so as to get ready for the rest of my day. Once I was dressed, at 6:20 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 6:22 I then began to do my back stretches. At 6:30 I then continued with my stroke stretches. At 7:00 I then just sat in my camp to wait for my United Wheelchair to arrive. At 7:15 Buzz from United Wheelchair had arrived to take me to WestSide. I had arrived at 8:45. After sitting int the lobby for a short period of time, I then went to the gym for my P..T. session with Dan. We began the session with our walk around the block. Once Dan had strapped the gate belt around my waist, we were off. I had made six laps around before returning to the gym with Dan. Dan then had me in the parallel bars, doing different leg exercises, for example kicking my legs side to side. Kicking my legs forward and backward. Dan then put a block of wood in the parallel bars for me to step up and down on. I then did some side stepping in the gym from pole to pole several times. We then went back into the hall to walk around the outer part of the gym and dining area before ending the session. At 9:50 I then went to the conference room to wait for games group to start at 10:00. Today Keileigh and Skylar had us finish playing phase 10 from last week. I won by luck. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my ride. I arrived at camp at 12:00 noon. Once I had a ham and cheese with lettuce sandwich with a glass of Hershey milk, I returned to my camp to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-4:50. Once I had taken a shower, I then went into the main camp at 5:18 to eat dinner. At 5:55 I then returned to my camp to blog of my day.
