Talking to another client about getting councleing put on our next week schedule on the way home as we chuckled about it with one another

My Wednesday morning began at 6:00. a.m. by going into the main camp to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with banana and half or a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 6:30 to make my bed. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 6:42 I then took a shower, so as to get ready for my day. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 7:11 I had put an icepack on my back. At 88:07 I had left camp with my father to go to the chiropractor. Upon our arrival at Dr. Robert's office at 8:30, I had gone inside to fill out the informatioin on the tablet, I then had my back asjusted. At 9:25 We had left the doctor's office. We arrived back at camp at 9:50. I then went into my camp to go back to sleep until 10:45. I then went into the main camp to have lunch. I then returned to my camp to brush my teeth. At 11:30 Frank from United arrived to take me to Westside. I arrived at at 1:00 sharp. I had gone strait to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. We began the session by strapping that old gate belt around my waist. Dan and I then took off walking in the hallway. At 1:10 I then went into the parallel bars to do my leg exercises. At 1:20 I then took a short rest while Dan went to get me a drink of water. After my bake, Dand then had me do some side stepping. I then stood in the paralle bars looking up, down,side to side. We then ended the session by walking two laps. aT 2:00 I then went to the lobby. Rod from United Wheelchair was there waiting to take me back to camp. We had to drop a client off in Lewiston first, we were then on our way. The other client and I were looking at our schedules for next week and saw that we had counseling on there for the first time and we then laughed about it. I finally arrived at camp at 3:40. Once I had played a game of cribbage with my mother, I then went to my camp to take a shower. Once I was nice and comfy, I went into the main camp to eat dinner. At 5:25 I then returned to my camp to blog of my day.
