Playing Trash

My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by going into the main camp to drinking a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then had a cheese and tomato omelet. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp at 5:30 to make my bed. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 5:46 I had taken my shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I took in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 6:04 I then began to do my back stretches, continuing with my stroke stretches. I then sat to wait for United Wheelchair arrive at7:50. Upon my arrival at 9:15 to Westside, I had gone strait to the gym for my P.T. session with Betsey. She first put a gate belt around my waist. We then started to walk  laps around the outer hallway of the gym and kitchen. After six laps, we returned to the gym.  I then took a quick break while Betsy went to get me a glass of water. At 9:25 I had gone into the parallel bars to do knee raises. Betsey then strapped a red thera band around my ankles. I then held onto the bar in the parallel bars and began stretch my legs side to side. Stretching my ham strings and  calf stretches. After doing so, I then went on the Matt to do exercises. At 10:00 during games group with Skylar and Keileigh we played the card game trash. I won. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to catch my ride back to camp. I arrived at camp at 1:30. After eating half of a turkey an tomato and lettuce  sandwich, with a glass of milk, I then returned to my camp at 1:55 to brush my teeth and lay down to rest. I had slept until 3:55. Once I had taken a shower, I had pulled up my blog, so as to type of my day before eating dinner. I then soon called it a day.
