My Saturday morning began at 9:45 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had half of a banana sandwich with peanut-butter. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 10:12 to make my bed. At 10:24 I had brushed my teeth and shaved. After doing so, at 10:45 I had vacuumed my bedroom. At 11:00 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 11:18 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 11:20 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:36 I continued with my stroke stretches. At 11:40 I then began to do my upper body workout. At 11:46 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 12:00 I had finished my workout. I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:20. Once I had taken a shower, I then played a game of cribbage with my mother. After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom to blog of my day before eating dinner.
