My Tuesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with banana, along with a slice of toast. Once I had finished eating, at 6:30 I then returned to my bedroom to do my back stretches. At 6:43 I began to do my stroke stretches. Once I had finished my workout, I then shaved and took a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I was dressed in my workout clothing for P.T. I the put an icepack on my back, while watching the news. At 8:30 I then left the house. Upon my arrival at 10:00, I had gone strait to the dining area for cooking group with Keileigh. Sad day in cooking group today. The client that usually cuts up the onions in our group, is opting out of the group, so that they can do grocery shopping on Monday's. They will still be going to WestSide. Today we made bread sticks with a chicken dish. Once every thing once cooking, at 11:25 we looked through cookbooks for next weeks meal. Once I had finished eating and the kitchen was picked up, I then brushed my teeth before going to the lobby to wait for my next session. At 1:00 I then met with Innis. During my counseling session we talked about my book and the reviews that people can write after they read it. We then discussed other things, before I went downstairs to the gym at 2:00 for my P.T. session with Caryn. Today Caryn gan me a balance eval. I scored 25 out 28. Making huge progress. My last eval was 18 out of 28. I then went into the parallel bars to stand on the foam mat and one foot on wood platform. Then with my arms crossed, I turned my head in every direction. I then went on the nut step on level three for twenty minutes. At 3:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United driver who would be taking me home. I arrived home at 4:30. Once I had taken a shower, I then ate dinner, before returning to my bedroom at. 5:15 to blog of my day.
