My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by making my bed. I then did my back and stroke stretches. After doing so, I then shaved and took a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I was dressed and ready, I then ate my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a slice of toast. At 6:45 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air, I sat down to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 8:30 I was soon on my way. I arrived at 9:45. I sat in the lobby for ten minutes before Dan came to get me for our P.T. session. After twenty minutes on the nu step, Dan then had me in the parallel bars doing leg exercises. Dan then had me doing some walking. After P.T. I then went to the lobby to wait for Carina for my Speech session. Today she had me work on memory by listening to story's and answering questions about the short story. At 12:00 I then left for home. I arrived home at 1:15. Once inside I had a bite to eat, before laying down to rest. I slept from 2:00-3:45. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner. After brushing my teeth, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
