My workout

 My Friday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a hot cup of apple cider. After doing so, at 10:30 I then had a grilled turkey, cheese, and tomato sandwich with vege sticks. At 10:50 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 11:00 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:15 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 11:20 I then grrabbed my dumbbells and began to do my arm exercises. At 11:25 I ended my workout with my stroke stretches. At 11:35 I then did some reading while waiting for the news to start at noon. After the news was finished, at 12:45 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 12:50 I then shaved. At 1:00 I then took two tylenon before laying down to rest. I slept until 3:25 before taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening. At 3:50 I then blogged of my day, before eating diner.
