Doing leg exercises in the parallel bars

 I began my Wednesday morning at 5:30 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 5:50 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with a toasted english muffin with jam. Once I had finished eating, I then at 6:00 brushed my teeth and shaved before taking a shower so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I was dressed in my workout clothing. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 66:35 I then made my bed before doing my back stretches. At 7:00 I then I then sat down to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 7:30 I was soon in the van and on my way. At 9:00 I then arrived at WestSide. I went into Milo's office to talk things over about my past week. At 10:00 I then made my way to the gym with Dan for my P.T. session. I first went on the Nu Step for twenty minutes After .82 miles Dan then had me go in the parallel bars to do leg exercises standing on and off a mat. After doing some side stepping and some other exercises, Dan went to the lobby with me by way of elevator where I meet the United driver Carol who would take me home. I arrived home at 11:10. At 11:15 I then had a bowl of soup with crackers. At 12:35 I then brushed my teeth and put on some comfortable clothing. At 12:45 I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:57. After taking a shower and getting comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner at 4:30. At 4:45 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
