My Saturday morning began at 9:50 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 10:00 I then a bowl of hot cereal with banana with half of an english muffin with peanut-butter. At 10:25 I then made my bed before brushing my teeth. After putting in my eye and nose drops, I then took in two puffs of air. At 11:00 I listened to my audio book while doing my back stretches. At 11:20 I then continued with my stroke stretches. At 11:35 I began to do my upper weight exercises. At 11:45 I began to work on my book. At 2:30 I had a small bowl of soup. Once I finished eating I then continued to work on my book. At 4:00 I then shaved and took a shower before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
