Working on my next book

 My Thursday morning began at 9:50 a.m. by by putting on my sweat pants and a sweat shirt. At 10:00 a.m. I then had some fruit and cocoa. I then had an omelet with a slice of toast with tomato's and cuke's, along with a a quarter of a banana. At 10:45 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler I then made my bed. At 11:02 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:45 I then began to do my stroke stretches. At 12:00 I began to do my weight exercises. I first worked my upper body I then strapped on my ankle weights to do my leg exercises. At 12:10 I then watched the news. At 12:30 I then shaved before working on my next book, which had been quite a challenge for after my first that I had written. At 1:30 I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:00. After taken a shower and was comfortable for the evening. At 4:30 I then ate dinner. At 4:50 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
