Keeping up with my workout

 My Thursday morning began at 9:40 a.m. by drinking a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. At 9:50 I then had an english muffin with jams along with a bowl of cereal with a banana. At 10:18 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. At 10:40 I began to do my constant therapy. At 10:55 I then shaved before filling my empty pill containers. After doing so, I had called the pharmacy to order a script that I was running low on. At 11:30 I then did my typing test by googling typing test. At 11:55 I began to do my back stretches while watching the news at noon. I then preceded to do my stretches that I have been doing since my stroke. At 12:13 I then used my handgrips. After shoveling the snow off my deck, I then at 12:23 began to do my thera band exercises for my arms and legs. At 12:30 I strapped on my ankle weights and began to exercise my legs some more. At 12:40 I then grabbed my dumbbells  and did my upper body exercises. At 12:45 I then ended my workout with my back exercises. At 12:55 I then did a word search puzzle while eating half of an apple until 1:15 I then lied down to rest. I slept until 3:30 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then ate dinner. At 4:30 I then brushed my teeth before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
